  Absolutely horrible customer service! From the cashier to the manager on duty this morning.. needed to return an item that I purchased here with my forever 21 card.. first she was super rude about it- no explanation- not apologetic- just rude. If it’s “policy” that’s fine but then manager gets called over and starts going off about how it’s impossible and I ask if there’s anyway I can show proof with my card... since it was purchased with it.. he doesn’t know the answer and then proceeds to say “what is that you want anyways” just like that... I let him know I’m a frequent customer.. all I want is to exchange.. he then says “Fine, go get the item” and drags out how he’s doing me a huge favor. I kindly declined and now will take my time trying to get record of my purchase. There’s no need to make someone feel bad if you’re making an exception or extending courtesy. Then I was doing a return for an online for which I did have a receipt.. and funny enough.. the cash register started malfunctioning.. I guess it’s karma. If you can take the drive to Garden State Mall- go to that forever 21 instead.. complete difference in treatment
