    We haven't lost any cloth yet but not a few times got our stuff back with some extra what means someone was missing they items.
    The manager (Jones) is very funky when you have any complaints, like getting you cloth back from dry cleaning with more stains than you send it there.
    He said we should call the manufacturers of the brand or buy better cloth because the Chinese made ones have poor quality. It was a Tommy Bahama short...
    The ladies are always nice and polite, it's a plus.
